Meet The Noema FoundationThe Weight of Glory
Kabod is Hebrew for glory — and for weight.
Glory in Scripture is not spotlight. It is substance — honor with mass, something carried. We build clothing for the body of Christ: believers who carry that weight into every room, every calling, every ordinary Sunday.
Our anchor is John 11. Jesus raised Lazarus, then gave a second command: “Loose him, and let him go.” The resurrection was finished; the grave clothes still had to come off. That is the Christian life. You are already alive — what you wear should stop testifying to what you were.
So we make garments the way Zechariah 3 describes the exchange — filthy clothes taken away, rich garments given. Cut clean. Made well. Marked with a crown, because you are a royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9), not because royalty is a trend.
The Kabod Line — Lookbook
Worn by the loosed.
Everyday essentials carrying the crown. Photographed on the people they were made for.
Isaiah 61:10
“He hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness.”
Salvation is described as something put on. We take that literally enough to care how a seam is finished.
